Ref:11/09 FUND OPENS A NEW BA AGENCY

The Fiji National Provident Fund will open a new agency in Ba on Monday, 1st June, as part of our efforts to take our services closer to our members. Located on Ganga Singh Street, in the Ba Central Business District, the agency will issue and receive applications, check member balances, issue

disbursement and confirmation letters, issue and receive pension renewal certificates, employer contribution Schedule Forms, change of records forms

and receive contributions from Employers.

FNPF Chief Executive and General Manager, Mr Aisake Taito said the opening of the new agency signifies another milestone for the Fund in

achieving its corporate goals of improving its services.

“We recognize the need of our customers. The opening of the Ba Agency will mean a savings on transport costs for members and moreover, accessible

service that was previously offered in Lautoka,” Mr Taito said.

“Those in Ba, Nadarivatu, Rakiraki, Tavua and Vatukoula can now visit our Ba Agency rather than going all the way to Lautoka as was the case.” Mr Taito

said.

Two staff will be man the agency and this number will be reviewed after an assessment of the demand of service.
