FNPF apologises for payment delay

Fiji National Provident Fund members who applied for Phase 2 Round 5 will receive their payment today, Wednesday 5 May 2021.

Fund Chief Operating Officer, Pravinesh Singh, has confirmed that due to a system slowness issue, this has caused a delay in the payment for these members.

“We apologise to our members for the delay in the release of their Cycle 3 payment but we can assure them that they should be able to access their funds today.”

“The issues have been resolved and we have put in place measures that will ensure that it does not repeat with future payments.”

The cycle 3 payment initially scheduled for yesterday, Tuesday 4 May 2021, affects members whose Phase 2 Round 5 applications have been approved up to 29 April 2021.
