Online Portal

You can now access your account information, from anywhere, anytime, whether you are at your workplace, at your home, or in transit.

Registration Requirements

  1. Complete the 3W/M myFund and Website Registration Form.
  2. Provide a valid photo ID card i.e. Driver’s license/Passport/Voter Registration Card or FNPF/FRCA joint ID Card.
  3. Original or certified copy of your birth certificate (post 2000)
  4. TIN Letter copy

You can submit the completed form with the required documents at any FNPF office or email it to information@fnpf.com.fj

Members and Pensioners can access the following information on the Online Portal.

Members

  • View your detailed statement
  • View your General, Preserved, and Total account balances
  • Update general member information
  • Update nominee details
  • Submit and track your applications

Pensioners

  • View your recent pension payments
  • View your ‘nominee’ details
  • View your Renewal Certificate (RC) status with the fund
  • Print pending Renewal Certificate

myFund SMS *567#

As we continue to make our services accessible and affordable to our members in rural and maritime areas, the Fund has enabled an SMS platform for its members which allows them to check their account balance and eligibility on their mobile phone. This SMS platform is called myFund and members can access it by dialing *567#.

 

How to access myFund?

  1. Dial *567#
  2. Enter your FNPF number
  3. Enter a new 4-digit PIN
  4. Re – enter your PIN
  5. Enter Yes

If your mobile number is registered with FNPF, you can access this service immediately. If you receive a message stating your mobile number is not registered, visit any of our offices or email your account details on information@fnpf.com.fj

 

NOTE

This is a charged service that is open to Vodafone and Inkk Subscribers only. SMS charges are at the expense of the member.

myFNPF app

Members and pensioners can access their FNPF accounts from the comfort of their homes if they have a smartphone.

myFNPF app Features

  • Track your account balance and eligibility
  • View and update your personal details
  • Pay Voluntary or Additional contribution with BSP Easy Card, any Visa or Debit card or with Vodafone M-PAISA
  • View your nomination details
  • Apply for Funeral, Education and Unemployment withdrawal
  • Apply for Low Balance Full withdrawal
  • Apply for Microbusiness assistance
  • Apply for Education & Unemployment Withdrawal on the app
  • Track your withdrawal application status
  • View your account statement on your phone and/or send it to your email

myFNPF app can be downloaded for free from the Google Playstore or Apple App store.

To register and access your account, ensure that your email address, mobile number, and TIN number are updated in our records.

Self-registration Process

  1. Click on the Register button
  2. Select “For Mobile App”
  3. Enter FNPF Number/Pension number
  4. Enter your TIN (Tax Identification Number)
  5. Enter your email address or mobile number as per your FNPF records & submit registration (a temporary password will be sent to your registered e-mail address)
    • Note: Click “Register Email or Not Sure“ button to register a new email address or mobile number

First Sign In

  1. Click on Sign In
  2. Select “Log in with Email/Contact No.”
  3. Enter your registered email address/mobile number
  4. Enter your temporary password
  5. Reset your password

Setting up PIN code

  1. Click on Sign In
  2. Select “Log in with Email/Contact No.”
  3. Enter your registered email address/mobile number
  4. Enter Password
  5. Enter Captcha
  6. Set up PIN code

NOTE

Once you have set up your PIN code, you can use either your PIN code or password to sign in to your account.
