Check Your FNPF Account Regularly

It is important that you, as a member and owner for your account are aware of the transactions that occurs in your account. Check you FNPF account constantly. You need to reconcile contributions updated into your account with your records (payslips).

Update Your Personal Information

Please inform us of any changes that you make to your personal information. This is inclusive of changes in residential or postal addresses, changes in your relationship status and mobile contacts.

As a member you have to familiarize yourself with the recent developments at your FNPF.

Present Proper Identification

When requesting for any FNPF service, we require that you provide proper identification.

Know Your Rights

As a member, you are entitled to:

•  Receive two (2) FNPF statements every year showing contributions and for which month these were received, as well as withdrawals from your account.
•  Question your employer about your FNPF contribution. If you are not satisfied with the explanation provided, you can also lodge a complaint with us.
• Lodge a complaint.
• Enquire about your account at any FNPF office.
• An FNPF membership card.
• Attend the Annual Member forums hosted by FNPF held at the end of each calendar year.
• Contact us seeking clarification on any matter regarding your account.
